Task:To begin, organize a 45-minute window for your employees to take the Clifton StrengthsFinder®assessment. This assessment will identify their top 5 talents. These talents represent areas that your employees are naturally more drawn to and enjoy. If you would like to invest in the 34 Themes, each assessment will give the result in order of their strengths from 1-34, providing additional insight into coaching possibilities. Once your employees have completed their assessment, you may want to schedule a follow-up meeting with each of them or you may choose to do a team debrief. You have many options on how to proceed forward. Uncovering individual and team strengths are significant when it comes to team building.
